Apply for Diplomatic/ Official Passport

Diplomatic and Official passports are issued to people holding diplomatic status or deputed by the Government of India for official duty abroad.
Normally applications for Diplomatic and Official passports are entertained only at the Consular, Passport and Visa (CPV) Division, Patiala House, New Delhi. However, you can also choose to apply at the Passport Office attached to your present residential address, if you reside outside the National Capital Region.
Diplomatic/ Official application form can be obtained from Consular Passport and Visa (CPV) Division, Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi or at the Passport Office.
