Online Payment has been made mandatory for booking appointments at Passport Seva Kendra(s) under this Passport Office. Click here for details.

  1. Categories of Applicants allowed as “Walk-In with ARN”

    Following mentioned categories of applicants are allowed as “Walk-in Applicants”. Applicants falling under these categories need to register Online, fill in the online application form and generate Application Reference Number (ARN) at least one day in advance before visiting the PSK. With Effect from 17th Feb 2014 such applicants may visit the PSK with required set of documents and a copy of printed ARN sheet only as per timings mentioned below in the respective category.
    (Walk in applicants who have paid fees though the mode of SBI challan should visit after two days as it takes 48 hours for the payment to get reflected in the PSK system).
    1. 9:00 am to 10:00 am :
      1. Senior Citizen (60 years & above)
      2. Minors below 5 years of age whose parents hold valid passports.Both the parents should hold valid passports (in original) with either parent’s name endorsed in any one parent passport
    2. 9:00 am to 11:00 am :
      1. Deletion of ECR status in passports without any change in personal particulars
      2. Physically challenged applicants (including visually impaired, deaf and dumb reporting with medical certificate)
      3. On-Hold Files.
    3. With effect from 1.7.2014 tatkal applicants will  have to mandatorily book an appointment online by selecting the Tatkal Quota and reach the PSK at the specified date and time along with print out of the application reference number sheet and relevant set of documents. Please note processing of application will start only after checking of required documents.
  2. Applicants from district BHARUCH are informed that w.e.f  8th Sep 2014 applications with Normal appointment and PCC from district BHARUCH will be accepted at PSK Vadodara only" Appointments for the same will be released from 05th Sep 2014 onwards at 1 PM sharp. However, Walk-in categories, Tatkaal and  existing booked  appointments of district  BHARUCH for Passport Seva Kendra, Surat will be honoured.
  3. Applicants from districts OTHER THAN BHARUCH are informed NOT to book their appointment at PSK Vadodara 2. It will NOT be honoured.
  4. W.e.f 13thJan 2014 PCC applicants will have to book prior appointment in PCC category and visit PSK at the respective appointment time along with printed ARN sheet and required set of documents.
  5. PCC granted in Pre-Police verification can be collected from Passport office Surat, once applicant get an information for collection of the same after police verification from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm only.
  6. Applicants can visit Regional Passport Office (RPO) Surat for enquiry between 10.00 am to 12.30 pm ONLY on all week days except Wednesday, identified as enquiry days by RPO in a week.
  7. For passport of Minor children :
    • If only one of the parents hold valid passports but other does not, then both parents should be physically present along with original passport of one parent while submitting the passport application of minor child.
    • If both the parents are having passports, then only one parent can be present with both parents’ passports (in original) while submitting the application for minor child.
    • In case of none of the parent has passport then both should be physically present with their ID proofs.
  8. On account of Diwali festive all Walk – In category applications like, Senior Citizen, Minor below 5 years, Deletion of ECR, Physically Challenged and On-hold applications will not be processed on 22nd & 24th October 2014.
