For Jammu & Kashmir (J&K)
  1. You are a family member of any of the Diplomatic/ Official Passport holders
  2. These Passport holders are NOTGovernment servants
  3. You are below 15 years of age (for children only).
Rest of India
  1. You are a family member of any of the Diplomatic/ Official Passport holders
